Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Phrok is built for personal and business errands performed on behalf of a real person: booking appointments, asking opening hours, following up on orders, rescheduling, and similar one-to-one calls. This policy describes what is not allowed.

Prohibited: robocalling and bulk calling

No automated mass calling, dialing lists of numbers, sequential or random dialing, or using the service to reach many recipients with the same message. Rate limits and concurrency limits are enforced and must not be circumvented, including by opening multiple accounts.

Prohibited: marketing and sales

No telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, surveys for marketing purposes, debt collection, or promotional calls of any kind, regardless of whether the recipient has previously consented.

Prohibited: political calls

No political campaigning, get-out-the-vote calls, fundraising, polling or advocacy calls.

Prohibited: deception, harassment and harm

No impersonating a real person or organization, attempting to hide that the caller is an AI, fraud, phishing, social engineering, collecting credentials or payment details, threats, harassment, stalking, or repeated calls to someone who asked not to be called.

No calls to emergency services, premium-rate or high-fraud destinations.

Do-not-call requests

If a recipient asks not to be called again, the agent ends the call and the number is added to do-not-call lists. You must not attempt to call that number again through any means.

Recording and consent

Audio is not recorded by default. Transcripts are generated for your records. You are responsible for complying with local consent laws that apply to your calls.

Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns and complaints. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination without refund, and reporting to carriers or authorities. Report abuse to info@workhub.ai.
